The aim of this section is to clarify in practical terms different tennis-specific movements, strength implications and correct footwork placement patterns.

This page will troubleshoot the common problems associated with these issues and provide a highly functional process on how to rectify them.

In the following definitions, the six basic steps will be described. Click through the different links to see a series of three video clips, showing an example of a player first learning the steps, the improvement after one year and then finishing with a top professional performing the step at an elite level.
